Michael. Bastian, the 2011 American Fashion Designers Association (CFDA) winner of men’s clothing designer of the year, published a collection of men’s tailored clothing, sportswear and accessories, exquisite and extraordinary. Michael. Bastian’s favorite watch is the classic Audemars Piguet Royal Oak chronograph in stainless steel.
This season’s creations are inspired by the American painter Andrew. Andrew Wyeth, and the dark, simple, and reflective Maine and New England in his eyes. The colors used in this series are darker and darker than in previous seasons, including black, olive green, red and indigo, as well as bright yellow such as raincoats and hunter orange, adding effects with bright colors. The materials they choose are durable and luxurious, and impressed with brushed tweed, leather, twill and sheepskin.
