Watch Book Will Be Available In October, Telling The Story Of 18 Top Watchmaking Brands

In October this year, German publisher teNeues will release the Watch Book. The book is co-edited by watch expert and historian Gisbert Brunner and Christian Pfeiffer-Belli, who provide watch photography material. The Watch Book is a 256-page, full-color print, available in English, German, and French. The hardcover price is 50 Euros.
   The book begins with a brief discussion of the meaning of time and mechanical measurement of the time dimension. It uses 250 color photographs, with pictures and texts, to tell about Audemars Piguet, Breguet, Breitling, Cartier, Chopard, Glashütte Original, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre , Lange, Montblanc, Omega, Panerai, Patek Philippe, Piaget, Rolex, Vacheron Constantin and Zenith.
   In 1964, Gisbert Brunner began working in the field of watchmaking. Gisbert Brunner is particularly keen on the chronograph collection. His earliest articles are based on this theme. Today Gisbert Brunner has authored more than 20 books on watches and clocks. Christian Pfeiffer-Belli in Munich is the editor-in-chief of antique watch magazine Klassik Uhren and the owner of Germany’s largest library of watch books.
